Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

This Policy explains what we collect when you buy and install the Think BIG personal AI assistant, and what we deliberately do not.

1. Our core principle

The assistant runs on your own computer with your own model API key. Your day-to-day conversations, files, and the assistant's activity stay on your machine. We do not host, mirror, or monitor them.

2. What we collect

  • Sales & quote information you share when scoping your assistant (e.g. the skills you want, your contact details).
  • Order & payment records needed to process your one-time fee. Card details are handled by our payment providers (ECPay, PayPal) — we never see or store your card number.
  • Installation records — a log of the install job and its verification result, kept for support and accounting.

3. What we do not collect

  • The contents of your conversations with the installed assistant.
  • Your files or the data the assistant works with on your machine.
  • Your model provider API key beyond what's needed to configure it locally during install.

4. Access to your machine

Installation uses a short-lived credential bound to your device, revoked once the install is verified. We do not keep standing access and do not connect afterwards unless you ask us to.

5. Payment providers

Payments are processed by ECPay (TWD) and PayPal (USD). Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep order, quote, and installation records for as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal records held by us; we will remove what we are not legally required to retain.

7. Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Contact us at [email protected].

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
