Terms of Service

These Terms govern the personal AI assistant installation service ("the Service") provided by Think BIG ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a one-time installation of a personal AI assistant onto a computer you own or control. You pay a one-time setup fee. There is no subscription, no contract term, and no ongoing hosting or rental. Once installation is complete and verified, the installed assistant belongs to you.

2. One-time fee & payment

  • Prices shown are a one-time setup fee, quoted before purchase.
  • Local customers are billed in TWD via ECPay; international customers are billed in USD via PayPal.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Installation & access

To install, we connect to your computer with your permission through a short-lived credential (an SSH certificate that expires within one hour) or a one-time remote session (e.g. AnyDesk). Access is bound to the specific device and is revoked once installation is verified. We do not retain standing access to your machine.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You provide a compatible computer and, where required, your own model provider API key.
  • You are responsible for your model provider account and its usage costs.
  • You will use the assistant lawfully and in line with your model provider's terms.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is a one-time installation performed on your device, refunds are handled case by case. If we are unable to complete a working installation, contact us and we will make it right, up to a refund of the setup fee.

6. Warranty & liability

We take reasonable care to deliver a working installation and run an independent quality check before handover. The assistant and any third-party model it uses are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the setup fee you paid.

7. After handover

Once installed, the assistant runs on your own machine under your control. We are not responsible for changes you or others make to your system afterwards, and we do not monitor or operate the assistant on your behalf unless separately agreed.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to at purchase governs your installation.
