Terms of Service

These Terms govern the personal AI assistant installation service ("the Service") provided by Think BIG ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Personal services include entry installation, single or dual AI Agent workflow setup, and annual maintenance. Entry and workflow plans are one-time services; annual plans cover a year. Scope and support follow the current personal plans and the terms confirmed before purchase.

2. One-time fee & payment

  • Prices are shown in TWD; annual prices are per year. Confirm the selected scope and billing terms before purchase.
  • Local customers are billed in TWD via ECPay; international customers are billed in USD via PayPal.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Installation & access

To install, we connect to your computer with your permission through a one-time remote session using AnyDesk or DeskIn. You remain present while the engineer operates the computer and may see work data or sensitive information on screen. Access is limited to the agreed installation scope. You can end the session and remove remote permissions afterwards; later access requires separate authorisation.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You provide a compatible computer and, where required, your own model provider API key.
  • You are responsible for your model provider account and its usage costs.
  • You will use the assistant lawfully and in line with your model provider's terms.

5. Refunds

For the entry plan, if our technical issue prevents installation, the setup fee is refunded in full. Other refunds, acceptance and changes follow the agreed service scope and service terms (Chinese).

6. Warranty & liability

We take reasonable care to deliver a working installation and run an independent quality check before handover. The assistant and any third-party model it uses are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the setup fee you paid.

7. After handover

Once installed, the assistant runs on your own machine under your control. We are not responsible for changes you or others make to your system afterwards, and we do not monitor or operate the assistant on your behalf unless separately agreed.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to at purchase governs your installation.
