From your needs to a working setup
Schedule installation
After ordering, book a remote installation session using AnyDesk or DeskIn. You stay present while the engineer operates your computer and checks the setup.
Understand support
Entry includes 7 days of technical consultation. The single and dual AI Agent plans include a 2-hour online technical walkthrough plus 7 days of technical consultation after installation. Annual plans include a year of maintenance.
Know what your setup connects to
Local installation does not mean all data stays local. Cloud models and external services receive the requests needed for their features. You provide your own model API key and pay third-party usage charges separately.
During installation, the engineer operates your computer and may see work data or sensitive information on screen. We use the minimum permissions needed for the agreed task. You can close unrelated windows, end the session and remove remote access afterwards. Later access requires separate authorisation.
