ENTERPRISE AI AGENTS
Make AI a lasting operational capability.
Think BIG (Think BIG Make it Real Co., Ltd.) is an enterprise AI Agent deployment provider headquartered in Taiwan and serving clients worldwide. With TB FRAME, our four-phase deployment methodology (Assess, Build, Validate, Operate), we help companies run AI Agents on their own hardware, keep data inside the company, and provide one year of hands-on maintenance. We also offer personal AI assistant installation plans.

On-premises deployment does not mean every connection stays on the machine. If cloud models or external services are used, those requests still leave the device. When data must stay inside the company, local models, outbound restrictions and available features need to be confirmed first.
TB READINESS (a pre-deployment self-assessment of your workflows, data and preparation)
Know your conditions.
Set the next step.
TB READINESS is a six-question deployment readiness self-assessment from Think BIG. Answers are calculated in your browser only — nothing is sent or stored.
Build a controllable, testable AI Agent team through on-premises deployment, workflow integration and ongoing governance. From assessment to annual operations, data, permissions and delivery responsibilities are clearly defined.

ASSESSMENT / Recommendations
- Map workflow steps and exception cases.
- List usable data, sources and who authorizes their use.
- Name an acceptance owner and a change approver.
- Define where data is processed and what may be sent externally.
- Specify output formats, prohibited actions and acceptance scenarios.
- Prepare cleared work samples and set the pilot scope using normal and exception cases.
- Assume a fully on-premises setup and check whether hardware and workflows can keep data inside.
- Confirm each field sent to external services and its purpose; add them to the workflow only after approval.
This is a conditional, preliminary self-assessment. It is not a benefit forecast, a certification or a formal advisory assessment.

Preliminary recommendations are based on your priority function and five readiness conditions. This self-assessment uses no scores, industry rankings or benefit estimates, and is not a readiness certification.
Suggested stage: needs inventory and governance definition
Workflows, data, acceptance ownership or data handling policy still need to be confirmed. Complete the pre-deployment baseline first.
Suggested stage: data preparation and acceptance planning
A direction exists; fill in data documentation, ownership assignments and acceptance criteria before confirming the pilot scope.
Suggested stage: pilot scope and architecture assessment
Based on your answers, workflows, data and acceptance ownership have a foundation. A formal deployment still requires checking actual hardware, permissions and requirements.
Answers are not sent. Standard site analytics remain in place. Results are not carried into a consultation automatically.

FUNCTIONAL AI AGENTS
Organize AI collaboration by function.
AI Agent sets are configured per department function, with defined inputs, outputs and review responsibility. Through human-in-the-loop review, people keep approval over key decisions and external actions.
GOVERNANCE IN PRACTICE
Build operational trust on auditable records.
Think BIG's own AI team covers marketing, customer service, sales and operations. Change registration, daily inspections and guard checks bring outputs, ownership and verification records under one management method.

Choosing a deployment partner? Start with our vendor selection guide.
What does a company need before deployment?
No in-house AI development capability is required. The assessment starts from workflows, data cleared for use, an acceptance owner and expected outputs, then confirms where AI Agents fit and what preparation is needed.
How does on-premises deployment define the data processing scope?
In a fully on-premises setup, models and designated data are processed on company hardware. If a workflow needs external models or services, the fields sent, their purpose and authorization are confirmed first. On-premises deployment does not mean no integration ever goes online.
How are operations and governance maintained after deployment?
TB CONTINUITY (one year of post-deployment maintenance, issue tracking and usage adjustments) provides annual governance and operations: one year of hands-on support with issue tracking, maintenance checks and change verification within the agreed scope. Hardware, model usage, third-party services and new requirements are scoped separately.
PERSONAL AI / Personal plans
The right AI assistant for your own work.
Personal plans are for solo professionals, freelancers and anyone who wants a personal AI assistant. The personal section brings together starter installation, AI Agent sets, skill add-ons and annual maintenance, with options matched to your hardware, workflow and support needs.
Find your personal planStarter setup and installation
Starter installation plans (including OpenClaw Starter) cover installation and configuration on your existing computer. Scope is confirmed against your hardware, accounts and usage. Suited to people building a first personal AI assistant and learning step by step.
Personal workflow integration
Dual Agent and skill packs support personal workflows such as organizing information, preparing content and work reminders. The personal section lists the full scope of each plan so you can compare by workload and support needed.
Annual maintenance and support
Annual plans continue maintenance and usage support after installation. Each plan's service commitments, renewal terms and scope are kept on its own page to help you weigh ongoing use, maintenance and future expansion.
The personal section also includes tool comparisons, security guides and related service information. If your needs involve shared company data, cross-department collaboration, role permissions or integration with production systems, they are assessed under enterprise deployment terms.
