Think BIG Search Visibility Service

Found on Google.
Cited by AI.

SEO and GEO share the same foundation — one service, no duplicated effort. Let Google find you in search results and let ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI mention you when answering questions. Works for businesses without a website too.

Two channels, one foundation

Two ways customers find you — both need to work

Today's customers find you in two very different ways. Both rely on the same underlying foundation, so doing them separately is wasteful — doing them together is efficient.

Channel 1: Google Search (SEO)

When a customer types your industry and location into Google, where do you rank?

  • How many of your pages Google has indexed, which important pages are missing
  • Mobile usability, page speed, and technical architecture issues
  • Title tags, descriptions, and structured data correctness
  • Local search and Google Business Profile completeness
  • Where you currently rank for the keywords your customers actually search

Channel 2: AI Answers (GEO)

A growing share of customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI directly: "Which company in this category is recommended?"

  • Whether 5 major AI platforms mention you, and how they describe you
  • Which sources the AI cites, and how competitors compare
  • Whether the AI has described you incorrectly (wrong address, missing services, confusion with another brand)
  • Whether the AI answered from training memory or actually retrieved your site
  • Different AI platforms prefer entirely different sources — what works for one may not work for another
Both channels rely on the same foundation: a crawlable site, well-structured content, a consistent identity across platforms, and credible off-site mentions. We address all of this together — no duplicated work, no conflicting advice.

Audit → Foundation Build → Monthly Management

The audit comes first. The foundation build is next. Monthly management is ongoing — not a subscription you can skip to.

1
SEO + GEO Visibility Audit
One-time · Prerequisite

Tells you exactly where you stand: a combined Google search status and AI mention baseline across five major platforms in one report, ending with a prioritized "do these three things first" list.

Google Search Audit deliverables (SEO):

  • Index coverage: how many pages Google has indexed, which important pages are missing (via site: query and Search Console if authorized)
  • Technical foundation: mobile usability, HTTPS, Core Web Vitals public data, sitemap/robots, duplicate URLs and canonicals, broken links
  • 10 keyword positions: where you currently rank on Google for searches your customers use, and who ranks above you (factual report only — no commentary on competitors)
  • Page structure: title tags, meta descriptions, H1, internal linking, and structured data (Schema) correctness
  • Local search: Google Business Profile completeness, map search ranking, review response status

AI Visibility Baseline deliverables (GEO):

  • AI Visibility Baseline Report: 5 major AI platforms × 15–20 questions your customers would actually ask — each question logged for whether the AI mentioned you, how it described you, and which sources it cited
  • Competitor mention comparison: who the AI mentioned for the same questions, and how often (factual record only)
  • Retrieval trigger log: for each question, whether the AI answered from training memory or actually retrieved your site (two different gaps, two different fixes)
  • Error and confusion inventory: what the AI has gotten wrong about you — outdated address, missing services, confusion with a same-name company — each item sourced and ranked by priority
  • Per-AI action list: different AI platforms prefer entirely different source types, so your action list is broken down by platform, not given as a single universal prescription
  • Methodology page: which questions, which day, which AI version, how many repetitions — you can re-run the same queries and verify our numbers
  • Compliant tactics only: the report flags which approaches carry platform rule violations or legal risk in Taiwan, so you know what to avoid

For businesses without a website: we audit your Google Business Profile, marketplace listings, and social channels instead; the AI check works identically.

The report's final page combines SEO and GEO findings into a single prioritized "do these three things first" list. A debrief call is included after delivery.
2
Foundation Build Package
One-time · Includes audit

The next step after the audit: fix the SEO technical issues, restructure content so AI platforms are willing to cite it, and begin building credible off-site mentions. The right choice for anyone who wants to build the foundation correctly from the start.

SEO build items:

  • Technical fix list (we implement what we can directly; for client-managed sites we provide an engineer-ready checklist)
  • Title, description, and content revision recommendations for 10 keyword-matched pages
  • Internal linking clean-up
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Sitemap submission and Search Console setup assistance

GEO build items:

  • Content restructuring: answer-first writing, FAQ optimization, quotable fact statements
  • Schema structured data implementation
  • Entity consolidation: consistent name, sameAs links, directory registration
  • First two off-site citable content pieces (government or trade directories, Google Business, Threads/YouTube long-form, named media submissions, review site listings — compliant channels only)
  • Off-site roadmap document: per-AI-platform expansion directions for future months
For businesses without a website: the foundation build skips website changes and instead creates off-site content assets that AI platforms can cite.
3
Monthly Management and Monitoring
Ongoing · Three-month minimum

Ongoing work and reporting after the foundation is in place. Each month's deliverables include a combination of content production, off-site placement, and a monitoring report.

  • Content written for AI citation: answer-first, clearly stated facts, Q&A and list formats — structured so it works for both SEO (keyword relevance, headings, internal links) and GEO (quotable, answer-first) at the same time
  • Off-site placement: government and trade directories, Google Business Profile, named Threads/YouTube long-form content, named media submissions, review site listings — distributed across multiple channels, not concentrated in one
  • Identity alignment: company name, social links, and directory information kept consistent across all platforms

Monthly report includes:

  • Google Search section: keyword rank tracking, Search Console impressions and click trends (with client authorization), technical anomaly alerts
  • AI Visibility section: mention rate trend (repeated sampling over multiple days, with confidence intervals), competitor mention comparison, source gap recommendations
  • Our own site as a live demonstration: we run the same process on thinkbigtw.com from scratch and report our own relative changes each month — so what you see is someone actually doing the work, not just a slide deck
We do not commit to specific rankings or citation counts. What we commit to is: real repeated-sampling data with confidence intervals that hold up statistically — not a single query screenshot.
Methodology

Why we measure this way

The measurement method determines whether a report is worth trusting. We publish the methodology because transparency is the core of this service.

Repeated sampling, not a single query

Academic research (University of St. Gallen, 2026) has confirmed that re-running the same question on the same day yields citations with only a 32–43% overlap. AI citation is a probability distribution — a single query is statistically near-meaningless. We query each question across multiple days, then review results manually to derive a defensible range.

Per-AI breakdown, not a universal list

Taiwan field data shows: Gemini tends to cite official websites and review directories; Perplexity favors Threads and YouTube discussions; ChatGPT favors government institution directories and cites non-Chinese sources 70% of the time. Cross-platform source overlap is only 5–20%. Your action list is broken down by AI platform.

Confidence intervals, not single-point numbers

For a brand detection rate to have a standard error below 0.10, you need at least 7 repetitions on the same day and a rolling window of 10+ days. Our reports only make claims supported by statistical evidence: if confidence intervals overlap, we write "no meaningful change," not a fabricated improvement figure.

Retrieval trigger rate: memory vs. live retrieval

57% of ChatGPT responses to queries don't trigger a web search at all — the model answers from training memory, meaning your website is invisible to it regardless of how good it is. We log the trigger status per question; the two gap types require entirely different fixes.

Methodology you can verify yourself

Every report includes: which questions were asked, on which dates, with which AI version, how many repetitions, API or browser, and region settings. You can take the same questions and re-run them yourself to verify our numbers aren't fabricated.

SEO measurement: index, technical, keywords, local

  • Index: site: queries and Search Console index status
  • Technical: Core Web Vitals public data, mobile, HTTPS, canonicals
  • Keywords: Search Console or manual queries, factual current-state report only
  • Local: Google Business Profile completeness, map ranking position

What we never do

Our hard limits — stated plainly

These practices are available in the market. We don't use them — not because we can't, but because they harm you.

✕

Buying clicks or traffic

Artificially inflating clicks or purchasing traffic violates Google's spam policies and can result in your site being penalized or removed. We don't do it and don't recommend it.

✕

Buying links or building PBNs

Link buying and private blog networks are explicitly cited violations in Google's spam policies. They may produce short-term effects but carry serious long-term risk. We only build genuine, sustainable off-site presence.

✕

Posting commercial content on forums that prohibit it

Forums like Dcard and PTT explicitly prohibit commercial promotion in their rules. Getting caught means deleted posts, account bans, and reputational damage. We only produce named, compliant off-site content.

✕

Fake reviews, sock-puppet accounts, anonymous astroturfing

Taiwan's Fair Trade Act prohibits content written in a third-party voice to mislead consumers. Any paid recommendation we produce is disclosed. We don't write fake reviews or maintain fake accounts.

✕

Manipulating AI answers (hidden text, prompt injection)

Google explicitly listed "manipulating AI-generated answers" in its spam policies in 2026. Hidden text and prompt injection can get your site penalized or removed. Our approach is to make content genuinely worth citing — not to deceive the system.

✕

Promising specific rankings or citation counts

Rankings are decided by Google. AI citations are probability distributions. Anyone who tells you "you will be on page one" or "AI will definitely recommend you" is telling you what you want to hear. We give you real data, not empty promises.

Honest timeline

How long does it take? The honest version.

SEO and GEO both accumulate over time — they are not on/off switches. The following reflects typical patterns; actual timelines vary by industry competitiveness, how much verifiable information you make available, and AI platform algorithm changes.

Weeks 4–8

After content and page structure adjustments, initial movement starts appearing in both Google search and AI visibility.

Months 5–6

AI platforms start citing you in answers; Google keyword rankings show meaningful movement.

Months 6–12

Search and AI presence becomes more established; citation count shows a clear upward trend.

Factors that influence speed: how competitive your industry is, how much quantifiable information you are willing to publish, whether you have an existing website to improve, and AI platform algorithm changes (an external variable we monitor continuously).
We do not promise specific rankings or dates — but you will see real monthly data showing how your search and AI visibility is developing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between SEO and GEO, and why do them together?
SEO is about being found when someone searches on Google. GEO is about being cited when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or a similar AI a question. Both rely on the same foundation: a crawlable site, well-structured content, consistent identity across platforms, and credible off-site mentions. Doing them separately means duplicated effort — we audit and prioritize both together in one pass.
I don't have a website. Can I still use this service?
Yes. For businesses without a website, we audit your Google Business Profile, marketplace listings, directories, and social channels instead. The AI visibility check works identically. For the foundation build, we create off-site content assets rather than modifying a website.
Can you get me to the first page of Google?
Rankings are determined by Google — no one can promise you a specific position. We do not buy clicks, traffic, or links; those violate Google's spam policies. What we commit to is doing the right work and providing verifiable monthly data so you can see your search and AI visibility develop over time.
How long before I see results?
SEO and GEO both accumulate — they are not on/off switches. In general: initial changes from content restructuring appear within 4–8 weeks; AI citations start to appear around months 5–6; noticeable presence growth comes around months 6–12. Actual timelines depend on industry competitiveness, how much verifiable information you publish, and AI platform algorithm changes. We do not commit to specific rankings or dates.
How do you measure AI visibility? Is it just a screenshot of one query?
No. We query five major AI platforms with 15–20 questions your customers would actually ask, repeated across multiple days. Academic research (University of St. Gallen, 2026) shows citation overlap between runs on the same question on the same day is only 32–43% — a single query is statistically near-meaningless. Our reports show a range with a confidence interval. Every report includes the full methodology — which questions, which day, which AI version, how many repetitions — so you can re-run the queries yourself and verify.
What do you never do?
We never buy clicks, traffic, or links; never create fake reviews or sock-puppet accounts; never post commercial content on forums that prohibit it; and never use hidden text or prompt injection to influence AI answers. Google explicitly listed AI answer manipulation in its spam policies in 2026. We build genuinely citable content — not gaming the system.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Three things: your industry, your brand name or URL (if you don't have a website, tell us where you sell), and the 3–5 competitors you care most about. We'll draft 15–20 questions your customers would actually ask an AI, share them with you first, then run the full check. For the Google search audit, Search Console read access makes the report significantly more complete — but it works without it too.
Is my information kept confidential?
Your brand information, competitor list, and any Search Console data you authorize us to read are used solely to produce your report. They are not used for other client research, not shared externally, and not used as marketing material. Client identities and cases are always kept confidential — we never name clients publicly. That is a baseline commitment.
